Mission
Maroon Crush Elite Ball 16U is a National girl's fastpitch softball organization in South Central Virginia.
This Team seeks to build fierce competitors from South Central Virginia with an opportunity to play on the Nationals scene for maximum college exposure in 16/18U tournaments and showcases.
Team members are expected to put TEAM above individual accomplishments and will work together to bring out the best in each other. This TEAM will play to WIN and to foster the skills required to succeed at the college level and beyond.
The guiding philosophy behind the TEAM is teaching them competition, self-esteem, integrity, effort, mental toughness and to strive for excellence on and off the field.
Commitment
Participation on this TEAM requires a full commitment from players and parents to travel on a National level from August through July.
Practices will be centralized in Bedford VA to minimize travel for the greatest number of players.
The TEAM expects that girls will be multiple sports athletes and Coaches will work around a players busy schedules as long as maximum effort is put forth in practice, and at home, to learn the skill needed to compete at a high level.
